We are pleased to be chosen as a participating partner in H-E-B’s Our Texas, Our Future Texas Recycles Days!

How we’re celebrating Texas Recycles Days at the Nature Discovery Center:

November 14 & 15 from 1 – 5:30 pm  AND  November 16 from 11am to 5:30 pm

Visitors are invited to bring in single-use plastic bags from any retailer or any single-use water bottles to the Nature Discovery Center when they visit during Texas Recycles Days. Visitors who bring in a recyclable can make a special craft that celebrates the spirit of recycling and protecting Our Texas, Our Future by keeping recyclable materials out of landfills.

Note that on Sunday, November 16, your ticket to enter the Center is a recyclable, as we are closed to the public on Sundays and we’ll ONLY be open to Texas Recycles Days participants that day!
