Wellness in the Park

We are pleased to host wellness programs in the peaceful setting of Russ Pitman Park. Pre-covid, our partner practitioners have offered sessions for mindfulness, yoga, and therapeutic massage in nature here in the park. Yoga in the Park will return in June 2021.

We are currently hosting partner Wellness in the Park programs under the condition that our partners and their program participants abide by all relevant city, county, and state health and safety guidelines. Please read program descriptions and guidelines carefully before registering to attend.

Yoga in the Park

Saturdays, from 8:30 to 9:30 am

Yoga Instructor Melissa invites you to flow with her during an hour-long, all levels vinyasa/flow class every single Saturday! You’ll need a mat, water, a towel, and a donation for this donation based yoga class ($5 to $15 suggested). A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Center.
