Petite Pumpkin Patch

Our Annual Pumpkin Patch Fall Festival is getting a coronavirus “makeover” this year. We hope that you’ll come and enjoy a much smaller, safer event this year and then return again for our traditional Pumpkin Patch event for years to come! Thank you for supporting the Nature Discovery Center through this event. Contributions at any level help us continue our mission now more than ever before!

Event Safety for the NOW SOLD OUT in person event October 17 & 18

This small, socially distant, outdoor event has been specially designed with your family’s safety in mind. Guests of the Patch will:

  • Pre-pay for all event items (except food truck purchases) so that the event payment itself is touchless.
  • Pre-select a 30 minute time window to come and enjoy the patch so that overall attendance is limited and we can allow for social distancing between family groups – limit 6 families per 30 minute window
  • Complete a health screening at our event check-in
  • Use hand sanitizer (provided throughout the event space) or wash hands (at outdoor bathrooms) upon arrival
  • Wear masks during their visit (ages 2 and up per CDC guidelines), except during family portraits (unless you want to be photographed in festive Halloween masks)
  • Adhere to all COVID safety regulations posted on signs throughout the event

Event Cancellation Considerations

This event is subject to cancellation due to inclement weather or a change in the city, county, or state health guidelines relevant to the pandemic. In the event we must cancel, you will be notified by email at the email address you use when registering, and your pumpkins and any raffle items you win may be picked up at the Center before October 25. Unfortunately, the mini photo shoots with Meredith Flaherty Photography can not be rescheduled.
